In an industry where very few instructors are certified, Old Tyme Strength have ensured all of our pole fitness instructors are certified with industry leading XPert Fitness.

What is it?

Pole fitness is all about having fun with the added bonus of getting a workout! It is a mixture of gymnastics and dance on a vertical pole and builds strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness. It is a fun and effective way to tone up, especially targeting 'difficult' areas such as the thighs, arms, abs and bum. It is also a fantastic way to increase your confidence in a friendly environment.

​Which sessions are for beginners?

We offer both beginner-specific sessions and mixed-ability classes that are adaptable for all levels, as well as stretch sessions. Most of our classes are fitness-focused, but we do also offer heels/sexy pole dance choreography classes. All classes can be booked directly through the link below. Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation period for a refund or free class transfer.
