Personal training sessions and small group sessions are not covered by this membership.
The membership involves a recurring monthly payment which is automatically debited from your account until you cancel. This can be cancelled at any time by contacting Ashbourne Membership Services on 01564 741 837, giving at least 7 days' notice prior to your membership renewal date. Refunds will not be given if seven days' notice has not been received.

BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING
Train in a group of up to three other people with one of our level 4 qualified personal trainers
Buddy personal training is a fantastic way to start making a positive change to your current health and well being regime. If you want to commit to a healthy lifestyle change in a safe and fun environment, working alongside one of our personal trainers, then look no further.
One of our personal training team will put you through your paces and create the most beneficial and effective workout to get you one step closer to your goals. Each session should consist of a maximum of four people ensuring that our fitness coach can analyse your technique, guarding your safety through all the exercises.
Prices for our buddy personal training start at £15 per session.
ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you need a little help to create sustainable fitness goals? Working with a personal trainer could be the answer for you. Our Personal Trainers will work with you combining mobility, nutrition, sleep health, strength training and fat loss plans.
Each session is 50 minutes long.
Prices for our one-to-one personal training sessions start at £25 per session.
